Yes, LET Electrical Services has public liability insurance of up to 5 million pounds.

Yes, LET Electrical Services are NICEIC registered and we have a 6-year platinum insurance backed guarantee.

Do you require a deposit?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking in the diary, this will be subtracted from the final agreed figure. A refund will be issued if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

What is your payment procedure?

Payment is to be made in full upon completion. We accept card payments over the phone, BACS transfers, and cheques. All customers will be sent an online invoice with a payment link.

What is your standard protocol for cleaning up after completing an electrical job?

All engineers are equipped with battery-operated hoovers, dustpans/brushes, and dust sheets if required. We aim to leave the job in a clean and tidy condition to the best of our ability.

What should I expect when work requires wires to be chased in?

We will do our best to avoid unnecessary damage to walls and ceilings. A prior conversation will be had before any work is carried out where chasing in is required.
